Maori | Matariki

This week for Maori we learnt about Matariki and what people do on Matariki. 
We learnt that matariki is on the 15 of June and comes every year.
We also learnt that on matariki is a special day because people have feast and fly kites.
On matariki day people celebrate the seven stars which is well known as the six sisters and 
the mother.  There is a song that is named after the seven sisters we sang this song too.
This was the song that we sang:
