kiwi can

 This week for kiwi can we walked into room 7 and sit down in 5 groups, 

 When we sat down Mr Matt and Mrs Lily talk to us about integrity

and role models. After talking about integrity and role model we hoped straight into our

energizer which was  cat and mouse, in cat in mouse we had to protect the mouse from the cat  

this game was based on good protection. The second game we played was catwalk, In this game you have to go on one side and Mr Matt will pick a song and we have to do a role model to it. This game was based of coming out of your inner circle.

Maori | Matariki

This week for Maori we learnt about Matariki and what people do on Matariki. 
We learnt that matariki is on the 15 of June and comes every year.
We also learnt that on matariki is a special day because people have feast and fly kites.
On matariki day people celebrate the seven stars which is well known as the six sisters and 
the mother.  There is a song that is named after the seven sisters we sang this song too.

Student leader conference

LI: To write a script about what has been going on this year.
This week for Reading we have been making scripts to help us with
parent teacher interview. This script included what we have been doing for
Inquiry, Math, Reading and writing.

Warriors trip

On Tuesday 45 people got picked to go watch the warriors train, Some were from LS2, some were from LS1 and room 5. We took the bus to mount smart stadium, We watch the warriors train then we learned about the warriors training and there teamwork

Inquiry

This week for inquiry had to make a blog post showing the work
that we did throughout the week. For the slide presentation i did all of
that and for digestive system writing i did all of that and florence pua and alayah did the video

                        This week for reading we had to make a keywords list from the follow your
                food site and then we had to make a site review using the follow your food site. We also
                           had to get 4 things from the digestive system to talk about on our review

Volume and Capacity

This week for math we had to make a video about Volume and Capacity, I used flip-grid In this video. In this video we had to talk about what volume is and when you need to use volume and we needed to talk about capacity and when to use capacity. In my video put the important one in first, Volume you need volume to measure the capacity or else you wouldn't be able to use capacity.
