Different angles

LI: identify and construct right, acute and obtuse angles.
LI: begin to appreciate the degree, unit of measurement of angle.
LI: know the degree value of angles that are simple fractions of a whole turn.
LI: know that the angle at a point is 360°.

This week for math we have been learning about angles, The angles we have been focusing on was Acute Angles, Obtuse angles, Right angles, Reflex angles and straight angles. For our must do we had to find different angles in the class that would match all the angles we were focusing on. Then we had to write about it on a google slide. But first we all stood in a square on the floor, And Mr Ogilvie would tell us to go 90 degrees clockwise or 90 degrees anti clockwise, We did this with 90 degree angles to 360 degree angles.  Then he showed us these to sites that help us find our angles. One site included a dog that would stand on a angle and we had to think of the angle that the dog is standing on and if we got it write the dog would get squirted. The other site included a galaxy that had a a invisible protractor, In this site the game would give us a degree and we would have to try find it using the arrows, After we finished trying to figure it out it would give you a answer with the protractor.
